Description

Watson had a solid NHL career, spending 13 seasons with the New York Rangers in the 1930s and 40s. When they won the Stanley Cup in 1940, Watson was the leading scorer. He went on to coach the Rangers from 1955 to 1962, then again for a couple of seasons in the early days of the WHA.
