Low pop rookie card (1 of 3, 1 higher) of the only 4 graded by SGC.  PSA shows 23 in their database, making a total of only 27 between the two largest vintage graders.  Wiebe was a defenseman who played from 1932 to 1944, winning a Stanley Cup with Chicago in 1938.
