Description

Hartsell was an excellent ballplayer, with a keen eye at the plate.  He led the AL in walks five times and in on-base percentage twice.  At the tail end of his career at this point, he was coming off a World Series win with Connie Mack’s powerhouse 1910 Athletics squad.  With a Hassan cigarette back.
