Description

This card was issued to promote a pair of Retinal Circus shows in the summer of 1968.  The July 17 show featured Black & White Power and the United Empire Loyalists, while the July 19 show had Mock Duck and the Black Snake Blues Band.  Designed by artist Steve Seymour, this is the 24th card in the Retinal run.
