This original printing of a wild design by collaborators Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley promotes a pair of late 1966 shows at the Avalon Ballroom featuring Seattle’s Daily Flash along with a pair of Bay Area bands, Quicksilver Messenger Service and Country Joe & The Fish.

There were two early printings of this poster, and both are considered originals. The subsequent “third” printing is distinguishable by the number “35-3” in the bottom left-hand corner.
