Are your prices in Canadian or US dollars?

Our prices are in CANADIAN dollars. That means our Canadian customers pay in their home currency. US and international customers pay in their home currencies, which in the case of US-based customers means they end up paying about 30% less than the sticker price. The payment method used in the checkout process (credit card, paypal) will convert the currency and adjust the end price paid in the home currency.

Do you combine shipping?

Absolutely! At this point the Galaxy Store does not have this capability at check out. When we see a multiple item order go through, we'll adjust the shipping cost during the fulfillment process and refund a portion of the shipping cost to reflect the lower cost. For our auctions, combined shipping is calculated prior to payment being made.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?

Yes. If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase, we're happy to provide a full refund, including the initial shipping cost. Please email us with any concerns and we'll immediately resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Do you take consignments?

No, not at the moment. We did, and we will likely do so again. Stay tuned.

Do you buy material?
