Description

Downey played 17 seasons of pro ball, from lowly Class D all the way to the Majors where he spent six seasons.

With the scarcer Sovereign 350 back, this one with the ‘Apple Green’ ink (Sovereign 350s are also available with darker ‘Forest Green’ inks).  This is a low pop card, 1 of 4, with only 3 graded higher among the paltry 16 graded by PSA.
