From the spectacular T3 Turkey Red set, these gorgeous cabinet cards are among the most popular and iconic pre-war issues. Sallee was a successful pitcher who lasted 14 big league seasons. He won 10+ games nine times, including seasons of 18 (2x), 19 and 21 wins. He was a World Series winner in 1919, led the league in saves three times, posted ERA’s under 3.00 11 times, and finished with a career record of 174-143. Due to their size the T3’s are very tough to find in higher grades. This one as the checklist back (Turkey Red advertising backs are also available) and is graded 2.5 GD+ by PSA.
