Awesome goalie card here, early horizontal pose in great condition! Rollins had a brief but highly successful career, wining a Stanley Cup, A Vezina Trophy, and a league MVP. His Hart Trophy win came this season when he posted all 12 of Chicago’s wins during their last place 12-51 finish (they were so far back they trailed the next team, the Rangers, by 37 points in the standings). The voters obviously felt his contributions to his team were so profound that he in fact was the most valuable player to his team in the NHL. One wonders if not for Rollins how bad it could have been for Chicago that season.
