Description

This card was issued to promote shows in April of 1968 at the Retinal Circus featuring Berkeley psych band, Notes from the Underground.  Opening acts were United Empire Loyalists, Paisley Rain and Hydro Electric Streetcar.  Art by Steve Seymour, this is card #9 in the RC series.
