Description

Gorgeous full color signed limited print on thick stock, measuring 12 1/4″ x 14 5/8″, featuring Montreal Canadiens great Maurice “Rocket” Richard, flanked by fellow Hall of Famers, Frank Selke and Hector “Toe” Blake. The three are pictured with the Stanley Cup, during their epic 5-Cup run of the late 1950s, below the Latin phrase “Abeunt Studia In Mores”, which literally means “studies pass on into character”, or in the Canadiens case “practice zealously pursued become habits”.

Richard signed a limited number of copies of this one-time printing (100 pieces) in person at a large collectibles show in Vancouver in the early 1990s. The signature, in bold blue sharpie, is 100% authentic and is unequivocally guaranteed as witnessed by a representative of Galaxy Auctions.

Condition is Excellent. There are no creases, nicks, cuts or major flaws, however due to age the print may have lightly “touched” corners. Plent of room in the outer white border to frame up beautifully!
