This is an original pre-concert poster by Canadian artist Eric Fisher, for October 1968 performances at the Retinal Circus in Vancouver, BC, Canada, by PH Phactor Jug Band, Painted Ship and Seeds of Time.

The condition of this poster is excellent (Fine-Very Fine). There is some overall handling wear, mostly in the form of minor creasing along the bottom corners, and a couple of light center stress lines. A great original and scarce 50+ year old piece of Canadian music history.

Print runs for regional events (particularly in Canada) were tiny, much less than the bigger US locations. Print runs in San Francisco at this time for Bill Graham and Family Dog events were in the 3,000 range. For places like Vancouver, it was in the hundreds. These regional posters are quite scarce today compared to the more abundant Fillmore and Avalon Ballroom pieces of the same vintage.
