Signed 8×10 photo of NFL HOFer, Y.A. Tittle. Famous photo of the de-helmeted and bloody quarterback, taken September 20th, 1964. During the game, Tittle was knocked to the ground by John Baker of the Steelers and threw an interception that was returned for a touchdown. Without his helmet on and blood trickling from his head, Tittle brought himself to his knees in the endzone, concussed and with a broken sternum. At that moment, Morris Berman of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette snapped this iconic photo.

At the time of his retirement, Tittle held the following NFL records: Career passing yards (28,339), Career passing touchdowns (212), Career pass attempts (3,817), Career pass completions (2,118), Passing touchdowns in a season (36), Passing touchdowns in a game ( 7 ), Career total offense (29,338), and Games played (176).
