Solid example of HOFer Ullman’s scarcer 1966-67 Topps USA issue. Topps had been printing its cards in Canada up to this point, but decided to test a second limited late season set that was slightly different from the normal Canadian printed set. Less cards in the set, non-bilingual text, and a very limited printing highlight the differences.
