This is an original first-printing poster done to advertise a pair of Bill Graham promoted shows in June of 1974.  The first show is the June 8 concert in Oakland, part of the “Day on the Green” series, featuring an eclectic lineup of the Grateful Dead, the Beach Boys, New Riders of the Purple Sage, and Commander Cody and his Lost Planet Airmen.  The second show was held June 13 at the Cow Palace in San Francisco and featured Ten Years After, King Crimson and the Strawbs.  Art is by Randy Tuten.
